Additionally, the 24-hour emergency maintenance and on-site management teams are always ready to assist.

Get acquainted with our homes, ready for you to move in. Appreciate the touches that make all the difference, like hardwood floors and plush carpeting. The kitchen supports your culinary pursuits with efficient appliances, including a refrigerator and a microwave. You’ll have large closets for all your belongings and window coverings for when you’ve soaked in the views enough. Additional perks include air conditioning controlled by an electric thermostat and washer and dryer connections for more convenience. Also, we are wheelchair accessible so that everyone feels welcome.

Pet Policy

Oliver Apartments is a pet-friendly community where we allow both cats and dogs. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per residence. Pet rent is $35 per pet, per month. There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet. We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.
