Wawatam Apartments are nestled in beautiful Mackinaw City,
MI, and Emmet Counties. Mackinaw City lies on the straights of Mackinaw
opposite St Ignace MI. The Wawatam
Apartments are located just a short walk from downtown Mackinaw City and offer
a convenient up north country living feel with plenty of shopping and dining
options just a short walk away. Take advantage of the Rails to Trails bike path
just outside your door or head on down to any of the many Lake Huron Public
access areas. Where you can enjoy many
views of the Straits of Mackinac, and the Mackinac Bridge. All our apartments feature an open floor plan

Cats- Max 2 allowed, 30 lb. weight limit
Dogs- Max 2 allowed, 80 lb. weight limit
2 Pet Maximum per household
Restricted breeds include: American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog.
