Here at Rosecrans, you can choose between a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment with a spacious open floor design and a private balcony or patio to suit all your entertaining and relaxation needs. You will find inside the apartment home, a fully equipped galley style kitchen, large master bedroom, full bathroom, closet space throughout the home, and professionally installed window coverings on all windows for your privacy. Rosecrans offers a space all your own to establish a home, get to know your neighbors, make new friends, and form life long bonds. Our meticulously well-kept grounds have everything needed for a carefree lifestyle. Our community provides on-site laundry, ample paved parking, emergency maintenance services, and an easy online rent payment system, all for your convenience. Our homes are comfortable, boasting an open-concept design that makes it easy to create a warm and inviting space fort living. For your enjoyment, each apartment comes with a private outdoor living space and fully equipped kitchens.
Pet Policy
Rosecrans Apartments is a pet-friendly community where we allow both cats and dogs. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per residence. Pet rent is $30 per pet, per month. There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet. We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.
