Our over-sized, open concept floor plans feature lots of closet space throughout, with a massive walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Our large, spa-like bathrooms feature a full-sized vanity, and large linen closet. The pass-through galley kitchen boasts lots of cabinet space, included kitchen appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal), and a breakfast bar that extends into the dining room, which is perfect for entertaining! Our community is a park-like setting bordered by a serene creek to the north. We have plenty of space for dog-walking, playground, basketball, and picnic areas. Pet Policy

Kise Estates is a pet-friendly community where we allow both cats and dogs. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per residence. Pet rent is $30 per pet, per month. There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet. We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.
