Indulge in the refreshing views of our expansive lawns and savor the convenience of having a laundry room on the 1st and the 3rd floor. Enjoy having a cozy one or two-bedroom apartment to claim as your own as much as having the option to bring your beloved furry companions along. You’ll take delight in the comfortable interiors featuring well-equipped kitchens, air conditioners, and large closets, as well as a balcony or patio extending your living space outdoors. More than that, we provide free garbage pick-up services, along with professional maintenance and an expansive parking lot to ensure no need is left unattended. And we didn’t even mention the beautiful courtyard with a playground, several picnic areas with grills, or the sidewalks meandering throughout the community.

Pet Policy
Hornbrook Estates Apartments is a pet-friendly community where we allow both cats and dogs. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per residence. Pet rent is $30 per pet, per month. There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet. We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.
